Cooking | Pan-Seared Chicken

Todd and I have been DVR'ing America's Test Kitchen and watching the episodes at night before bed while we stretch. We love the show! We love how they explain the science behind the cooking methods, and so far we love eating all the recipes we've made from the show! They do so much research and test cooking that they really do come up with the best recipes and cooking methods. Everything we've made from that show has been delicious!

We recently made their Pan-Seared Chicken Breasts and this was no exception.

The chicken was flavorful and absolutely delicious. Pan-seared on the outside and tender on the inside. It is a keeper and probably one of our favorite new chicken dishes we've made recently. Highly recommend it! Tastes better than many chicken at restaurants that we've been to. You can go here for the recipe and instructions. You'll need to register for FREE at America's Test Kitchen.
